We sell our coffee in 12 oz. bags

What Is The Quality Of Your Coffee?
We provide high quality coffee from all over the world, and pride ourselves with our products as well as the quality of our roasting process. We believe our clients deserve the best, as we provide "gourmet quality coffee" for the utmost satisfaction of our clients.

How To Order

Is It Safe To Order on Jummy Java Site?
Yes, it is! We do not process, or keep any sensitive personal information on our website. Your payment information is processed through secure PayPal platform

Can I Place an Order Over The Phone?
Yes. Please call 855.We.Jummy (855.935.8669) during our regular business hours (Monday - Saturday from 9.00am to 6.00pm)

Can I Place an Order to be Shipped To A Different Address Than My Billing?
Yes. Please fill out "ship to" information with correct info.

Shipping

What Type Of Shipping Deals Do You Offer?
We use USPS priority, and use the following structure:
1 - 3 bags: $5.70
4 - 6 bags: $11.30
7+ bags: Free Shipping
Furthermore, we have free delivery service within the 10 mile radius of 22192 zip code (which happens to be our local delivery zone.)

Can I Track My Order?
Yes. We provide tracking number for our shipments via email as soon as your package is shipped out.

When Is My Order Shipped Out?
In order to keep the freshness of your coffee, we process orders on a daily bases (except for Saturdays and Sundays.) Cut off time for daily orders is 9.00am every morning. Orders received after 9am are processed the next day.
Depending on the number of orders, coffee will be shipped by 1pm everyday.

How Long Does It Take to Get My Order?
Depending on your shipping address, orders usually take from 1 to 3 business days by USPS Priority Mail.

Are Shipping Costs Refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your coffee, please contact us, we will send you a new product, or issue a refund for the coffee (less shipping cost.)

Do You Ship Outside of United States?
We currently work within United States only.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes. Since we use USPS, PO Box orders are welcome.

Payment

What are your payment options?
We process our payments through PayPal, and accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal.
Important Note: you don't have to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit card.

We do not accept CODs, cash, money orders, or checks.
